Working Out

Ok now that morning sickness has subsided I have decided to go back to the gym to work out. In the meantime I have been working out at home, mostly walking and dancing & playing ball with the dogs. Anyone have any suggestions for a new pregnant mommy & getting back on the workout wagon?

  1. I did lots and lots and lots and lots of walking and eating mostly salad.. I only gained 20 pounds.
